Concierge Services

Friendly Hearts understands that a client may require assistance beyond what we offer through our Companion Services. That is why we developed another level of assistance that fulfills those needs. Our Concierge care program is an enhanced feature of our company that opens the door to more freedom and more ways we can help. Our Concierge Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling of appointments and task reminders
  • Coordination of special errands such as dropping off and picking up prescriptions, dry cleaning, pet care, and purchases and returns
  • Providing a link to necessary community resources
  • Moving assistance for changes in living arrangements
  • Accompaniment to weddings, parties, other special events, etc.
  • Assistance with bill payment and management of time-sensitive obligations
  • Oversight of work performed by contractors and service professionals
  • Advocacy of the client’s needs to ensure the client is not neglected, and that contractual obligations are fulfilled promptly
  • Hospitality services including event planning and FH socials
  • Planning and preparation for trips or visits from family/friends
